Our Health Center
Our center is operated from a spacious, 3,000-square-foot facility, with exquisitely decorated interior to promote relaxation and relief. Our office is equipped with luxury, handcrafted furniture made from natural rosewood, the finest type of wood used in crafting oriental antique furnishings. We've worked with top designers in the nation and carefully selected pieces to create an atmosphere of sophistication while infusing the space with the soothing aroma of natural wood.
The entire facility, from the treatment rooms to the patient lounge, follows a green design concept, incorporating eco-friendly materials that align with nature’s healing principles. Meet The Practitioner
Dr Nancy Y. Luan is a distinguished leader with 25 years experience in integrative, Chinese, and functional medicine, renowned for advancing patient care beyond conventional treatment paradigms. With a deep expertise in managing chronic pain and neurological dysfunction, particularly those stemming from complex health issues. Dr. Luan employs a unique blend of traditional Chinese medical therapies and modern functional medicine techniques to deliver lasting relief and improved mobility.

As the visionary founder of the AcuBeauty and AcuFit and AcuHealth Systems, Dr. Luan has developed proprietary treatment protocols that set a new standard in holistic healthcare. These innovative systems integrate natural facial rejuvenation—including specialized acne treatment, collagen induction facial therapy—with comprehensive weight management strategies. Dr. Luan came from a family of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners. Her grandfather was a very successful TCM doctor in China, practiced orthopedic medicine with Nancy's father and uncle in her hometown. She became the third generation member in her family to practice TCM when she opened her integrative medicine center in China. Here, she combined TCM and modern medical techniques to provide a unique and effective treatment. She has been practicing in US since 2003, and have worked with many notable functional medicine doctors and acupuncture physicians in Madison and Milwaukee areas. She has been continuously refining her technique and knowledge through study and cooperation with many practitioners in China and the United States. She has gained great respect and praise from her patients with her unique treatment style and wide range of experience.

Dr. Luan is currently in general practice with special interest in pain management, digestive disorders, emotional well-being, immune support, women's and men's reproductive health and aging related conditions. Apex Health and Wellness Center serves the city of Brookfield, Greater Milwaukee area, Waukesha, Pewaukee, New Berlin, Menomonee Falls, Wauwatosa, Milwaukee county and Waukesha county. She integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments of Acupuncture, Oriental Bodywork and Herbal Medicine into an individualized treatment plan to satisfy each patient's individual needs.
